Junior Sales Analyst

Job Summary

The Junior Sales will be responsible for sales report, purchasing and optimization of inventory. The person must be analytical, organized, and motivated to bring a positive impact to the business.

Key Duties:

Working with sales to forecast for accurate inventory needs.
Analytical inventory planning to reduce inventory risk and capitalize on sales opportunities.
Submitting purchase orders to suppliers and communicating the results in a clear and concise manner.
Order submission and open order management.
Management of open orders ensure timeliness of delivery.
Communicating deadlines, status updates, and key results to the internal team.
Coordinating with the operations team to schedule and plan inbound inventory.
Data entry for key accounts.
Customization of reports.

Job Description

We are currently looking for candidates to join our warehouse operations team.
The responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers

Requirements:

Proven working experience in a team environment
Proficiency with computers
Familiarity with warehousing practices an asset
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift heavy objects

Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will work with the sales and operations team to facilitate the flow of goods from our warehouse to our retail partners. If you are an energetic, enthusiastic individual interested in joining a dynamic young organization this may be the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities will include phone and email support, invoicing, and general office support.
Knowledge and background experience in the motorcycle, skate, snowboard and fashion market is an asset.
