1. ELIGIBILITY

The Raffle is open to the public but not to members of the Board of Directors, contract employees of the Gastown Supply Co., those associated directly with the Lottery, or their immediate families and any other person residing in the same household. Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Canada. Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older and a resident of Canada.

2. HOW TO ENTER

Tickets purchased through the Gastownsupplyco.com website. For purchases made onsite, print your name, address, telephone number on the tickets.

3. DRAWS 

The draws are held at the Gastown Supply Co. (105-2433 Dollarton Hwy. N. Vancouver, BC). The winner will be drawn randomly using software specialized in pick winners are random. A screen recording will be kept on file. Only one winner will be chosen for the prize. If a winning ticket bears a minor’s name, the prize will be lawfully delivered on behalf of the minor to the minor’s parent, legal guardian, or trustee.

4. PRIZES NON-REFUNDABLE

The Raffle prizes must be accepted as awarded and have no cash equivalent and are not transferable or refundable. Prizes must be claimed within 1 month of the draw date. No substitutions are permitted by winners. Costs incurred in picking up the prize awarded are borne by the winner.

5. ENTRIES

All entries become the property of the Gastown Supply Co. and no entries will be returned.

6. PUBLICITY

The raffle winner will consent to the release of their names by the raffle organizer.

7. RELEASE

As a condition of and in consideration for receiving the Grand Prize Package, the winners will be required to execute a release, waiver and indemnity in favor of the Gastown Supply Co., its officers, directors, employees and agents, releas­ing the aforesaid from any and all liability, damages, costs and expenses which may be suffered or incurred by the winner arising from or in any way connected to the prizes awarded and indemnifying the aforesaid in respect of any such claim of any third party.

8. TICKETS

Each ticket is eligible for all draws if purchased by deadlines stated. Tickets must be purchased online at gastownsupplyco.com and should include contact info for phone number, email, and home address.

9. DETERMINATION OF PRIZE VALUES

Any reference as to the value of any prize is the estimated suggested retail replacement cost of such prize as quoted by the suppliers. The total fair market value of the prize is $19,999.00

10. PORTION OF PROCEEDS TO CHARITY

A portion of the proceeds from the raffle will be donated to Union Mission Gospel.  

11. CUTOFF TIMES AND DATES

Ticket sales will cease on the at Noon, June 30th, 2024, and all ticket boxes will be collected shortly after.

12. GRAND PRIZE

Total Grand Prize package is worth over $19,999.00 (estimated suggested retail replacement value at date of the commencement of the Raffle; fair market value and actual resale value may be less). The Gastown Supply Co. in no way represents or warrants that any prize winner will be able to obtain equivalent cash value upon resale of any prize.

All winners will be contacted by phone or email.

To claim a prize, prize winners must provide the following documents on request:

• Signed and witnessed Waiver Form
• Photocopy of winning ticket or prize winner letter
• A copy of their valid Photo Identification
• The prize must be picked up in person at 105-2433 Dollarton Hwy. N. Vancouver, BC.
