Went for my first ride wearing the carbon Ghost Bandit with Dark Smoke visor today. I used the measuring guide from the Gastown website and I ordered a large as suggested. Fit was good. My usual helmet is the Scorpion Carbon Exo R1 Air, which feels lighter than the Simpson probably because it doesn't have a built in sun visor.
Visibility with the Gost Bandit is really good. Although the Dark Smoke visor looks opaque, I still needed the built in sun visor a couple of times on the ride.
As other reviews have noted, there is quite a bit of noise which is also the case with the Scorpion. However, where the noise differs is the wind noise is very noticeable with the Ghost whereas the Scorpion it is the noise from the bike.
When I returned from the ride which lasted a couple of hours I noted that it remained very comfortable throughout. It was a warm day but the ventilation worked well.
I have ridden with other Simpson helmets back in the nineties and although they were and still are expensive, they felt like a quality product and this version of the Bandit also feels like it is a quality product. It looks fantastic too!

Good quality shirt and the Simpson logo has held up after a few washes. Wish there was even a small physical store to go to but if that means higher prices I'm good with online. I need a new helmet and will by buy from Gastown Supply for sure!

I’ve always loved outlaw bandits i’ve had them for the last couple years (gen 1 and 2) but the gen 3 cf is so much lighter only thing i’m not a fan of the gen 3 visor is the pivot it’s a bit stiff so it’s hard to pull it down compared to. Gen 2. But overall cf is the way to go
I’m really happy with my Outlaw Heritage Flannel. The quality is excellent, the material feels durable yet comfortable, I downsize to an M and the fit is exactly what I was looking for. I wear this under a t shirt and my hoodie and I am plenty comfortable and it looks great too.
Perfect to get the original "snug" fit after couple years of usage.
Wow fast. Great fit. Looser than other brands but very comfortable. I can chew gum and wear my helmet. Unfortunately I just missed the free pin lock with my purchase. All good will buy from Gas Town again for sure.
Great hoody! Nicely weighted for my morning ride home from work and super comfortable to wear. Seems well made and the Simpson graphics look awesome. Would definitely buy again.
